What is included:

•     KNIFE & STAND HIRE WE DO REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £50 (see below)

Loan of Knife and Stand

We do require a £50 refundable deposit that will be refunded when the stand & knife has been returned back to the store where you picked up your cake.

Please be aware
These must be returned within 7 days otherwise a late fee of £10 will be charged - and £10 for every week or part week thereafter.
If the stand is lost there will be a charge of £30. This will be applied.
If the knife is lost there will be a charge of £20. This will be applied.

Wedding Cake Serving Suggestions

 8  inch +   6 inch = 60-80 servings
10 inch +   8 inch = 80-100 servings
12 inch + 10 inch = 100-120 servings
 

Cake Fillings Explained

Fruit cake: Traditional heavy fruited cake with sultanas raisins currants cherries and mixed peel. No alcohol. Covered with marzipan and icing
Light Fruit: Madeira Based lightly fruited cake with sultanas raisins and cherries. Covered with almond paste and icing.
Sponge: Light and fluffy Victoria sponge cake that is filled with a mixed fruit jam and butter cream.
Chocolate Sponge: Chocolate flavoured sponge cake that has chocolate fudge filling. 
Egg-less Sponge: Madeira based egg free mix. Filled with mixed fruit jam and a dairy free butter cream
Lemon Cake: Light and fluffy Lemon sponge cake lemon cured filling
Carrot Cake: Moist carrot cake

Shelf Life

Sponge and chocolate cakes can be eaten up to 5 days after collection
Light Fruit Cake can be eaten up-to 14 days after collection
Fruit Cakes can be eaten up to 3 months after collection.

Please allow a minimum of 5 days from date of order for collection.
This cake is available for collection from any of our stores.
